Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in healthcare claims testing. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and functionality of our systems, particularly within the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web and backend applications, focusing on healthcare claims.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Analyze testing results, document issues, and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations during testing processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes for maximum efficiency.
