Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) with a strong background in banking to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Pega-based solutions to address business needs, particularly in the banking and financial services domain. The CLSA will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable applications while adhering to industry best practices and Pega standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, implementation, and customization of Pega solutions for the banking sector.
- Oversee integration of Pega with banking systems and ensure performance optimization.
- Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage risks, ensure quality assurance, and maintain documentation and training.
Qualifications:
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
- 10-12 years of experience with Pega platforms, especially in banking.
- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, integration technologies, and development skills in Java, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Pega Cloud, Robotics, AI/ML, and Agile.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
