Quadexa partnered with a construction company to streamline their rental operations within their existing Acumatica ERP system. Recognizing the need for a tailored solution, we customized Acumatica’s functionality to eliminate the need for costly third-party rental management software.

We repurposed Acumatica’s sales order module to handle rental contracts and recurring charges efficiently. Furthermore, we developed custom scheduling tools to optimize rental timelines and align them with project schedules. Finally, we created custom dashboards to provide valuable insights into rental revenue and equipment utilization.
